Fueling for performance is a year-round activity that I take seriously especially as a dietitian & professional ballroom dancer. 🥗✨

Consistency & adaptability is my secret to staying at my best, whether I’m in the kitchen prepping a balanced meal, grabbing a balanced meal from door dash while I’m traveling, or relying on daily supplementation to keep my levels right when I can’t always get everything naturally (especially in winter). But now that summer is finally here, I’m taking full advantage of the best Vitamin D source of all. ☀️
